A feature in the 50th anniversary issue of Artforum (September 2012), pp.434-441, dealing with contemporary art's simultaneous disavowal of, and dependency upon, the digital revolution. A link to the article is here.
This isn't really a blog, more of a regularly updated online archive of my publications, articles, talks, conferences, and so on. I haven't quite fathomed the chronology yet, so apologies for any confusion. The easiest way through it is to search for reviews, publications, conferences, discussions or podcasts.
About me: I have taught at Warwick University (2006-8), at the Royal College of Art, London (2001-6) and at Essex University, where I completed my PhD in 2002. I am currently based in the History of Art department at CUNY Graduate Center, NYC, where I can be contacted on cbishop@gc.cuny.edu. - CB
